Ingredients
- 200g dried egg noodles
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 spring onions, sliced
Preparation
- Cook the noodles until just tender, then drain.
- Melt the butter and gently fry the garlic until fragrant but not browned.
- Stir in the oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar.
- Toss the noodles through the sauce and finish with spring onions.
