Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
- Slice the cauliflower into thick steaks through the core.
- Brush with oil and the spices, then roast at 220C for 30 to 35 minutes, turning once.
- Whisk the tahini and lemon juice with a little water into a drizzle.
- Serve the steaks drizzled with tahini sauce and parsley.
