Ingredients
- 2 thick slices sourdough
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- Chili flakes, to taste
- Sea salt and black pepper
Preparation
- Toast the sourdough until golden and crisp.
- Mash the avocado with the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Poach or fry the eggs to your liking.
- Spread the avocado on the toast, top with an egg and finish with chili flakes.
