Amelia Hartman

Amelia Hartman is a recipe developer and former pastry chef who spent eight years running the dessert program at a farm-to-table restaurant in the Pacific Northwest. She fell in love with cooking while working weekend shifts at her family’s bakery and has been chasing the perfect crumb ever since.

Today she tests and writes recipes full time, with a focus on approachable baking and seasonal produce. Her work has appeared in regional food magazines and she teaches a popular monthly bread workshop.
