Sofia Rossi learned to roll fresh pasta at her nonna’s kitchen table in Emilia-Romagna long before she could reach the counter without a stool. She went on to apprentice in a Bologna trattoria, mastering the ragù and handmade tortellini the region is famous for.
Sofia now shares classic Italian recipes that respect tradition while staying achievable for busy home cooks. She believes good food starts with a handful of excellent ingredients.
