Ingredients

  • 200g dried egg noodles
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 spring onions, sliced

Preparation

  1. Cook the noodles until just tender, then drain.
  2. Melt the butter and gently fry the garlic until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Stir in the oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar.
  4. Toss the noodles through the sauce and finish with spring onions.
