Ingredients

  • 2 thick slices sourdough
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • Chili flakes, to taste
  • Sea salt and black pepper

Preparation

  1. Toast the sourdough until golden and crisp.
  2. Mash the avocado with the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Poach or fry the eggs to your liking.
  4. Spread the avocado on the toast, top with an egg and finish with chili flakes.
