Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 spring onion, sliced
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Preparation
- Whisk the miso, mirin, sake and sugar into a smooth glaze.
- Coat the salmon and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill under a high heat for 8 to 10 minutes, basting once, until caramelised.
- Scatter with spring onion and sesame seeds before serving.
