Roasted Cauliflower Steaks

Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Preparation

  1. Slice the cauliflower into thick steaks through the core.
  2. Brush with oil and the spices, then roast at 220C for 30 to 35 minutes, turning once.
  3. Whisk the tahini and lemon juice with a little water into a drizzle.
  4. Serve the steaks drizzled with tahini sauce and parsley.
