Spiced Hummus with Pine Nuts

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • Pinch of paprika

Preparation

  1. Blend the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin and a little water until silky.
  2. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan until golden.
  3. Spread the hummus in a bowl and create a swirl with the back of a spoon.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and top with pine nuts and paprika.
