Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- Pinch of paprika
Preparation
- Blend the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin and a little water until silky.
- Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan until golden.
- Spread the hummus in a bowl and create a swirl with the back of a spoon.
- Drizzle with olive oil and top with pine nuts and paprika.
