Ingredients
- 400g Gruyère, grated
- 200g Emmental, grated
- 1 garlic clove
- 300ml dry white wine
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp kirsch
- 1 crusty baguette, cubed
Preparation
- Rub the fondue pot with the cut garlic clove.
- Warm the wine, then add the cheese a handful at a time, stirring constantly.
- Mix the cornflour with the kirsch and stir in to thicken.
- Keep warm over a low flame and serve with cubed bread for dipping.
