Fatima Zahra

Fatima Zahra is a Marrakesh-born cook whose recipes are perfumed with the spices of the souk. She learned to build a tagine from her mother and aunts, mastering the slow layering of flavour that defines Moroccan cuisine.

She spent several years cooking in a riad guesthouse before turning to recipe writing. Her work focuses on warm, aromatic dishes that fill the kitchen with the smell of cumin and preserved lemon.
