Elena Petrova

Elena Petrova is a Prague-based cook who grew up helping her grandmother preserve the summer harvest in a country kitchen. That early training gave her a deep appreciation for soups, dumplings and the comfort of slow cooking.

She spent four years in a hotel kitchen brigade before turning to writing. Her recipes are rooted in Central European tradition, warmed up for the modern table.
