Mei Lin

Mei Lin grew up in Singapore’s hawker centres, where she developed a lifelong appreciation for fast, intensely flavoured street food. She trained in a noodle stall before moving into recipe development.

Her recipes capture the punchy, balanced flavours of Southeast Asian cooking, with plenty of shortcuts for the home cook. She believes the best meals are the ones you can make again and again.
