Singapore Chili Garlic Noodles

Ingredients

  • 200g fresh egg noodles
  • 3 tbsp chili oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp black vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 100g pak choi
  • 2 spring onions

Preparation

  1. Blanch the noodles and pak choi, then drain.
  2. Combine the chili oil, garlic, soy, vinegar and sugar in a large bowl.
  3. Add the hot noodles and toss until well coated.
  4. Top with pak choi and spring onions and serve immediately.
