Ingredients
- 200g fresh egg noodles
- 3 tbsp chili oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp black vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 100g pak choi
- 2 spring onions
Preparation
- Blanch the noodles and pak choi, then drain.
- Combine the chili oil, garlic, soy, vinegar and sugar in a large bowl.
- Add the hot noodles and toss until well coated.
- Top with pak choi and spring onions and serve immediately.
