Nadia Ivanova

Nadia Ivanova is a Tbilisi cook devoted to the bold, herb-forward flavours of Georgian cuisine. She grew up at a long family table where the supra feast was a way of life, and later cooked in a traditional restaurant in the old town.

Her recipes celebrate walnuts, fresh herbs, tangy sauces and the famous cheese breads of the Caucasus. She believes food is best when it is shared loudly and often.
