Ingredients
- 200g walnuts
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground fenugreek
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Pinch of cayenne
- Fresh coriander
- 150ml water
Preparation
- Blend the walnuts, garlic and spices into a thick paste.
- Add the vinegar and enough water to loosen into a pourable sauce.
- Stir in chopped fresh coriander and season to taste.
- Serve with grilled vegetables, chicken or as a dip.
