Priya Nair
Priya Nair is a Kerala-born cook and food writer whose recipes celebrate the bright, layered flavours of South Indian cooking. She spent five years as a sous chef in a coastal hotel kitchen, where she refined her understanding of spice blends and slow-cooked curries.
She is passionate about teaching the technique behind a great tempering and has written two self-published recipe collections focused on plant-forward Indian meals.
