Ingredients
- 500g very fresh sea bass, cubed
- 8 limes, juiced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 chile, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- Fresh coriander
- 1 sweet potato, boiled
Preparation
- Toss the fish with salt, then pour over the lime juice and garlic.
- Let the fish cure for 10 minutes until opaque at the edges.
- Stir through the onion, chile and coriander.
- Serve immediately with slices of boiled sweet potato.
